Man observed on cable platform in Epping Forest

A man in a black hooded jacket and black pants stands with his arms crossed on a concrete pad with a number of cables and six small black cylinders spaced around him. The cylinders are connected to the cables. In the background, there is a white van, some low green shrubbery, and a mostly clear blue sky with some wispy clouds. Suddenly, flames shoot upwards from each of the black cylinders, creating tall pillars of fire that reach high into the sky. The flames eventually burn out. Smoke drifts upwards.
