Black smoke plume observed rising over Tehran residential area

The video shows a large plume of black smoke rising into a cloudy sky. In the foreground, there is a low wall and an open, sparsely vegetated area. Further back, there is a light-colored, multi-story building with a blue roof. A wire fence runs along the ground near the source of the smoke. Flickers of red and orange flames can be seen near the base of the smoke column.
