Dark soil and root fragments are attached to the base of the stem. The individual wears a dark-colored long-sleeved garment, partially visible on the wrist and forearm. The background depicts a densely vegetated forest floor with a variety of green broad-leafed plants, patches of vibrant green moss, and scattered brown leaf litter.
