This church was built by French priest P. Pierre Erdozaincy Etchard, and is the main gate, passage, second gate, and chapel of the cathedral. The church was built from 1927 to 1932. The sign states the church faces east and west, consisting of two floors, and was upgraded to a provincial-level key cultural relic protection unit in Yunnan in 2012.
