The image shows a derelict area in what could be the city of Biysk, Russia, based on environmental characteristics. Two large, concrete culvert pipes lie on the ground, positioned vertically in the frame. The interiors of the pipes are dark and empty. Between and around the pipes, there's evidence of a dirt path or embankment. The area is overgrown with weeds and some grass. To the left, a mature tree with light green leaves branches out towards the sky, partially obscuring a building or structure with corrugated metal siding in the background. A puddle of dirty water is visible to the right of the upper pipe, mixed with rocks and debris. Debris, including plastic and other trash, litters the ground.
