three men outside near buildings. One man in a light colored robe and dark hat stands and gestures, apparently speaking. He has a dark discoloration on his face and neck, possibly makeup. A second man in a white cap sits on the ground and plays a large drum with sticks. A third man in a maroon hat stands in the background watching. The buildings are simple, possibly made of mud bricks, with corrugated metal on one. The ground is sandy. At one point, another man in a white shirt comes into the frame and touches the first man on the shoulder.
