A large moth, likely a hawk-moth (family Sphingidae), is observed resting vertically on a light-colored architectural surface in Lhoksukon, Indonesia. The moth's wings are folded dorsally in a triangular, delta-like shape, displaying a primary coloration of olive green to dark brownish-green with darker brown streaks and accents. A segment of yellowish or orange coloration is visible on the moth's thorax and near the base of its folded wings. Its two antennae extend horizontally. The insect is positioned against a textured, off-white to light gray wall or pillar, with a prominent vertical corner or seam located to the right of the moth. The surface to the left of the moth is slightly darker and shows minor vertical discolorations, while the surface to the right is lighter with subtle, fine surface irregularities. No people or other active subjects are present in the frame.
