The depicted scene is located in Varna, Bulgaria, and features a collection of decorative objects arranged on a dark, reflective surface against a uniformly dark background. Centrally positioned is a round, woven wicker basket filled with assorted marine items, including various seashells such as conchs, spiral shells, bivalve shells, and two starfish. A light green, porous object, resembling coral or a rock, is also present within the basket. Eight clear glass tumblers, each with a faceted base, surround the central basket.
