An adult male is observed crouching in what appears to be a fish processing area in Deh Sabzi, Afghanistan. He wears a red baseball cap and a long-sleeved red shirt with a "افغان کباب شرکت" (Afghan Kebab Company) logo, light gray trousers, and is holding a large, pale-colored fish with both hands. The floor is wet, dirty concrete. To his left, a large, rusty metal structure is visible in the background. Directly in front of him, a rectangular, aged wooden cutting board displays five additional fish: two medium-sized pale fish, two smaller, darker fish (possibly trout), and one other medium-sized pale fish. Two knives are present on the cutting board; one with a dark handle on the right and one with a lighter handle and shorter blade on the left. Blood residue is visible on the cutting board.
