A weathered, grey granite or concrete monument stands prominently, its faceted surface textured and displaying signs of age with minor cracks. Located in Slivnitsa, Bulgaria, the monument features gold-colored, raised Cyrillic lettering that reads: "БЪЛГАРИО! ЗА ТЕБЕ ТѢ УМРѢХА..." (Bulgaria! For you they died...). Above the inscription, a dark, star-like military medal emblem, likely the Order "For Bravery," is affixed to the stone. To the upper right, a dark, spherical finial, resembling a cannonball, rests on a projecting ledge of the monument. The background reveals a partly cloudy blue sky.
