The image depicts the exterior of a multi-story building in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, under an overcast sky. The building's facade is primarily light-colored stucco, extensively covered by a network of dormant vines and bare branches. Damage is evident on the upper levels. A prominent large, multi-pane window on the building's left side displays shattered glass and exposed frames. Further to the right, a rounded bay-window-like structure on an upper floor also shows significant damage, with all glass missing and internal structures exposed. Portions of the roofline and upper wall sections appear to have temporary metallic sheeting or repairs. Gutters are visible along the roof edges. At ground level, a dark, ornate doorway is visible on the right, above which a small awning extends.
