A bronze sculpture of a large, recumbent cat is depicted in an outdoor urban park in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The cat, rendered with a rough texture, lies on its left side with its head oriented towards the left. Its left front paw and right hind leg hang over the front edge of a rectangular, light-colored stone pedestal. The Hebrew word "לא" (meaning "no") is carved into the front face of the pedestal.
