The scene is dominated by a variety of green foliage, from tall trees with light-colored trunks forming a canopy in the upper half to numerous shrubs and smaller plants throughout the midground and foreground. Patches of red and pink flowers are visible among the green growth. In the mid-right, black mesh material, consistent with shade netting, is present over a section of the hillside.
