A bronze bust of a male figure is centrally positioned outdoors at night, illuminated by an artificial light source. The figure, depicted from the chest up, faces slightly upward and to the viewer's right, exhibiting a prominent nose and mustache. He is attired in a high-collared uniform featuring intricate frogging (decorative braid and buttons) on the chest, and wears a distinctive cap. The bust rests upon a rectangular, rough-hewn light grey stone pedestal. Inscribed in Cyrillic on the pedestal's front are two lines: "ЖИВ Е ТОЙ" (He is alive) followed by "ЖИВ Е" (He is alive). Bare tree trunks are partially visible on the left and tree branches are silhouetted against the dark background. This monument is situated in the city of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
