Stake attention in this memory
This is an image of an Eastern Orthodox icon of Saint Anastasia, also known as Saint Anastasia the Pharmakolytria (Healer). She is depicted from the chest up, wearing a white veil and a dark blue robe with red accents at the bottom. Her hands are raised in a gesture of blessing or prayer. The background is ornate and gold-colored with intricate patterns. To the left and right of her head, there are inscriptions in Old Church Slavonic. On the left, partially obscured, appears to be "СЕ АГ" (short for "Святая Анастасия" meaning Saint Anastasia), and on the right, clearly visible, is "НИКА" (Nika), meaning "Victory." At the very top of the icon, there is a larger inscription in Old Church Slavonic which reads "ДѬ ЛЮБѢНТСѢ ДРѢГ ДРѢГѢ," which is a devotional phrase that translates roughly to "For the love of the sisters." The icon is framed by a blue border with decorative elements. A portion of a brown fabric object is visible on the right side of the image, obscuring part of the icon's frame and background. The location is unknown.
