This image depicts an elevated view of a densely populated, rocky landscape in Kabong, Nigeria, under a clear blue sky with a few scattered cirrus clouds. The central and midground are dominated by a wide, dry riverbed or ravine, characterized by numerous large, exposed, light-brown boulders and rock formations. A narrow, dark blue-green waterway, appearing stagnant and containing visible debris, flows through the center-right of this rocky channel. Both the foreground and the immediate banks of the channel display dry, sparse vegetation and considerable scattered refuse, including plastic bags and bottles, particularly concentrated on the right side of the water. On either side of the rocky channel, extending into the background, are numerous low-rise structures. These structures, consistent with residential dwellings, feature mud-colored or light-colored walls and varied roofing materials, predominantly corrugated metal, some appearing rusted or worn.
