Stake attention in this memory
This is a photograph of a shingle beach at St Leonards, United Kingdom. The foreground is dominated by a dense collection of smooth, multi-colored pebbles, some wet and glistening from the incoming tide. Gentle waves with white foam are washing over the lower edge of the shingle. In the mid-ground, a concrete and rock breakwater extends into the sea. A small structure, possibly a navigational marker or a light, is visible on the far end of the breakwater, along with at least two small figures, one appearing to be standing. A few distant birds are visible in the air over the sea. The sky is a pale blue with a wispy cloud formation towards the upper right. The image is taken from a low angle, looking slightly upwards towards the breakwater and sky.
