The central structure is a large, light-colored neoclassical archway composed of multiple columns and arches, adorned with carvings. Surmounting the archway is a golden sculpture depicting two figures, a man and a woman, jointly holding a large sheaf of wheat. The foreground comprises a vast, dark grey paved plaza, appearing wet and reflective, with a linear drainage grate visible at the bottom edge. A tall, grey metal lamppost, featuring an elaborate, decorative spherical light fixture, is prominently positioned in the left-center foreground. Overhead power lines traverse the upper portion of the frame. Patches of snow are present on the ground along the perimeter of the plaza.
