Al-Qaboun MunicipalitySyria

The image depicts a street scene in Al-Qaboun Municipality, Syria. The sky displays a gradient from light blue at the top to a pale orange-pink hue near the horizon. A black, three-light traffic signal is prominently positioned in the upper left, attached to a diagonal metal pole. In the mid-ground, a substantial plume of light brown-gray smoke is visible, rising above a dense line of trees. In the foreground, several vehicles are present. On the left, a white utility truck with a tarp-covered bed is partially visible. Adjacent to it, a gray Hyundai van is positioned. A male individual, wearing a dark cap and jacket, stands near the driver's side of the Hyundai van. Another individual is partially visible inside the Hyundai's cabin. To the right, a red van is partially visible, and an individual inside its passenger compartment is holding a mobile phone to their ear. The background consists of extensive green foliage from various trees. Behind the trees on the left, a light-colored building with a terracotta-colored roof is discernible. Further to the right, a dark fence line runs horizontally, beyond which an array of dark, angled structures, consistent with solar panels, are arranged. A darker, multi-story building is situated behind these structures on the far right side of the frame. Streetlight poles are also intermittently visible among the trees and structures.
