The scene depicts an interior view looking upwards at the ceiling of a establishment located in Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria. The ceiling is composed of a grid system featuring dark, possibly black, square acoustic panels interspersed with square reflective, mirror-like tiles. A prominent, ornate chandelier is centrally suspended from the ceiling. It possesses a silver-toned metallic frame with multiple arms, each supporting a light bulb encased in a decorative, translucent, flower-shaped glass or crystal shade. Numerous teardrop-shaped crystal or glass pendants hang from the chandelier. The bulbs within the chandelier are illuminated, emitting a warm yellow light. Reflected in the mirror tiles are elements of the room below: a person's upper body and arm are visible in one tile, and various pieces of furniture, including chairs, are discernible. One reflective tile shows a distinct bright blue illuminated area, possibly a wall or lighting feature in an adjacent space. Further right in the frame, two modern pendant lights with black conical shades and wooden accents are suspended, casting warm yellow light downwards. A third similar pendant light is partially visible to the left of these two. An air conditioning vent is present in one of the dark ceiling panels.
