The marker on the left, made of rough-hewn gray stone, features a raised, decorative circular design at the top and a plaque at the bottom. The plaque contains an inscription in Dutch, reading "Hier Leyt Begraven de H' Cornelis Cesser Geboor, Tighandergoes insynleven, Gewees Eraat Ordinaris van Indop Bataviasyn de Ovt 18. Maren Overleden 1057: October des Jaars 100 m mits Ter Vanden Cooptman Dochter Dooms Ovt Vyfen Edvard Rooms Ovt verlee Eeen Halve Jaarenoverlede Den Ady 2 Augusti Anno 1059." The marker on the right is made of dark black stone, with a decorative, raised design at the top. The plaque contains an inscription in Dutch. The inscription reads: "Hier Leyt Begraven dee Eerbare Defron Marij Lievers Hausvrouw Vindegen tych Hendrik Van Gent wens Selden Heere Oonts Slaven den 20 december 1667."
