This image captures a wide street scene in Khan Yunis, Palestinian Territory, exhibiting extensive urban destruction under a partly cloudy sky. In the left foreground, a multi-story building, appearing to be residential, shows severe structural damage. Large sections of its light-colored facade are missing, exposing internal rooms with shattered windows and displaced balcony elements. An ornate arched architectural feature is visible on an upper floor. Clothes hang from damaged openings on several levels. A dark, out-of-focus object, possibly a bag or garment, is visible in the lower right foreground, suggesting an elevated vantage point for the photograph.
