A group of about 20 people, mostly children, are gathered outside on what looks like a dirt road. Most of the children are holding metal bowls or plates. Several adults are gathered around two large metal barrels, apparently filling the bowls with something from the barrels. There is trash on the ground, and a wall in the lower left corner indicates this is near a building. Two people are walking around the periphery.
