It consists of a square, stepped pedestal displaying Cyrillic text on its visible front face, surmounted by an ornate, dark-colored architectural finial with a curved, pagoda-like roof structure. To the upper left, a large coniferous tree with dense, dark foliage partially frames the scene. To the upper right, a bare deciduous tree with thin branches is visible. The sky is uniformly bright and overcast, occupying the upper third of the image. A single, small, distant human figure is discernible on the right side of the upper landing, near the base of the monument.
