MettlachGermany

This image displays the interior of a metallic enclosure, located in Mettlach, Germany. The enclosure features a gray, textured, granular surface. Three insulated wires—one red and two teal—enter the enclosure through a black rubber grommet positioned in the upper-left quadrant. The exposed end of the red wire is soldered to a lead from a black cylindrical electrolytic capacitor, labeled "nongX YEHT -40+105°C". The other visible lead of this capacitor is connected to a small, orange, teardrop-shaped component. One of the teal wires is soldered to a lead of a black, D-shaped electronic component, consistent with a TO-92 package, which has three leads. A second lead from this TO-92 component is soldered to a lead of a beige cylindrical resistor, marked with color bands (brown, black, gold). The other lead of this resistor is soldered to the second teal wire. The third lead of the black TO-92 component extends downwards and is soldered into a circular hole in the enclosure's base, exhibiting a visible solder joint and a surrounding circular residue mark. Numerous solder points are present throughout the assembly, many surrounded by brownish flux residue. The metallic surface shows minor surface irregularities and scattered small particles.
