IraklioGreece

The image depicts a transportation platform at night in the city of Iraklio, Greece. In the foreground, a light-colored, cylindrical metal pole, approximately 15-20 cm in diameter, is anchored to the ground by a square metal base plate secured with at least five visible hex bolts. A rectangular access panel, roughly 20x30 cm, is affixed to the pole's side with two visible screws. The ground consists of dark grey speckled tiles, approximately 60x60 cm, with visible grout lines. To the left of the pole, a section of light grey tactile paving with parallel raised ribs is present, approximately 40 cm wide. Beyond this, a lighter grey concrete strip borders a trackbed filled with dark gravel ballast. A dark vehicle or structure, possibly a train or tram car, runs parallel to the platform in the background, displaying multi-colored graffiti (red, orange, black, white) and the number "23" on its side. In the upper right background, the lower legs and feet of at least one individual, wearing dark trousers and light-colored athletic shoes, are visible. The scene is illuminated by artificial light, casting a distinct shadow from the foreground pole towards the right. Another similar metal pole is partially visible further into the background on the right.
