In the immediate foreground, a weathered grey stone railing, approximately hip-height, extends horizontally across the frame. This railing features carved decorative panels and prominent newel posts topped with what appear to be stylized lotus bud finials. The ground directly beneath the railing is paved with irregular stone blocks. Mid-ground to the left, a multi-arch concrete or stone bridge spans the waterway, its railing adorned with several vertical orange and red flags. Trees with dense green foliage flank both sides of the bridge and the riverbanks. On the far side of this bridge, partially obscured by trees, outlines of vehicles, including a red car, are visible on what appears to be a road.
