The other man, wearing blue, is helping to pass a trowel full of mortar up to him. The third man stands on the ground looking up at them, wearing light-colored clothing and a red cap. The environment is dusty and looks to be an unfinished interior. There is also what looks like a set of steps leading further up into the structure.
