A grey chinchilla is observed resting on its right side on a light-colored wooden platform positioned on the right half of the enclosure. Its visible forepaws are pinkish with distinct dark spots. The cage contains multiple horizontal platforms; a second, partially obscured wooden platform is situated on the left, separated by a gap from the platform where the chinchilla lies. Numerous small, dark, oblong fecal droppings are scattered across both wooden platforms and the dark substrate covering the cage floor. A dark blue or green plastic bowl or hideaway is visible in the upper background. A translucent green water bottle with a metallic spout is attached to the lower left cage bars. A white ceramic or plastic feeder dish is partially visible on the upper right platform. A yellow-brown, textured chew stick or treat hangs vertically on the lower right side of the cage.
