Two small open boats are positioned on the water. The closest boat, a blue and white vessel, is partially docked or moored alongside the paved edge on the left. It contains at least five individuals. One individual in the stern wears a red jacket, facing right. Another person in a dark jacket is seated mid-boat, also facing right. Three other individuals are less distinctly visible within the boat, one near the bow and two centrally. Further into the water, a second, smaller, lighter-colored boat holds a cluster of approximately 5-7 individuals, appearing to be passengers. Both boats appear stationary or moving slowly in the dim light. In the mid-to-background, a long, rocky breakwater stretches across the frame.
