The image depicts a stone mausoleum or crypt located in Lychakiv Cemetery, Lviv, Ukraine. The structure features a classical design, with a triangular pediment atop an entablature supported by two unfluted columns. The inscription "GROBOWIEC ZYGMUNTA WIEDENIA" (Tomb of Zygmunt Wiedeń) is carved into the architrave above the entrance.

The facade is weathered stone, exhibiting discoloration and some erosion. Between the two columns, a heavy, rectangular stone door is visible, fitted with a circular metal ring handle. The door appears secured by a metal chain wrapped around an irregular protrusion of stone below the handle. Above the door, a recessed rectangular panel is present, possibly for an epitaph, but currently blank or eroded.

At the base of the entrance, two grave candles are positioned: one red, and one translucent grey. To the right of these candles, a black metal lantern with an ornate, cross-patterned design is present, its top open.

Graffiti or faded markings are observed on both columns. On the left column, vertical script resembling "4AZHARPA" is faintly visible. On the right column, the numerals "207" or "201" are discernible near the top.

The surrounding environment consists of bare tree branches and foliage against a pale sky, characteristic of a cemetery setting in cool lighting conditions, likely late afternoon, with direct sunlight illuminating the front left of the mausoleum. No individuals are present in the scene.
