A small, mottled gecko-like lizard is observed positioned vertically on the weathered corner junction of two structures in Maiburiji, Nigeria. The lizard, camouflaged with a textured, grayish-brown skin, is oriented upwards with its head near a small, irregular black hole approximately 2-3 cm in diameter, located in the upper section of the left vertical surface. This left surface appears to be a heavily rusted and corroded reddish-brown metal beam or pillar, exhibiting peeling layers. The adjacent right vertical structure is a rough, textured, light grayish-brown concrete or rendered wall, showing cracks and surface irregularities, possibly accumulated dirt or grime. The lizard extends downwards along the seam where the two structures meet. The background consists of a light gray, out-of-focus horizontal surface, likely a concrete floor or ground. No people are visible. The scene is illuminated by ambient light.
