A group of nine people stand in a room. Most wear yellow vests with "TPC" on them. One woman wears a colorful skirt and a headscarf. Two men are crouched in the front. Two large sheets of paper with writing are on the wall behind them. The room appears sparsely furnished with bare walls and a basic floor. They are probably involved in some sort of project or community work.
