Approximately 15-20 individuals are observed, predominantly mounted on electric scooters or motorcycles, appearing to be stopped or waiting at an intersection. Most individuals wear helmets and winter clothing, including puffer jackets and dark coats. A dark-colored SUV is partially visible behind a cluster of scooters. On the left side of the street, a multi-story building prominently displays a "全季酒店 (JI HOTEL)" sign. This building features a facade with repeating rectangular, dark brown elements on its left portion and numerous external air conditioning units.
