The plasma ball is primarily visible on the right side of the frame, featuring a glass sphere filled with a noble gas excited by a high-voltage electrode in the center. Multiple streamers of light emanate from the central electrode towards the edge of the sphere, one of which is drawn to the tip of the index finger of a hand in the lower right corner. The finger appears to be illuminating where the plasma touches it. The background is predominantly dark, with faint outlines of the base of the plasma ball visible behind the sphere.
