This image depicts a parasailing event over the sea in Patong, Thailand. A single individual is suspended by a harness beneath a multi-colored parasail, centrally positioned in the upper-middle of the frame against a pale, hazy sky. A thin line, consistent with a tow rope, extends from the parasailer downwards and to the right, out of view. The lower portion of the scene is dominated by the dark silhouettes of numerous palm trees and dense tropical foliage. Through the gaps in the foliage on the right side, the surface of the sea is visible, reflecting a bright, shimmering light horizontally.
