The crane is situated behind a long, grey corrugated metal wall or building. In the mid-ground, a multi-level concrete structure incorporates stairs and ramps with silver metal handrails, leading down towards the foreground. The foreground consists of an expansive paved area made of rectangular grey pavers laid in a staggered pattern. Several dark, slender lampposts with cylindrical tops are intermittently placed on the paving. To the left, a light-colored metal structure, possibly an information panel or bench, is visible on a patch of green grass. Tactile paving strips are embedded near one lamppost in the foreground.
