The image displays the St

SofiaBulgaria

The image displays the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia, Bulgaria, at night. The cathedral, centrally positioned, is illuminated from below, highlighting its light-colored multi-tiered facade, numerous arched windows, and decorative elements. The largest central dome is gilded gold and capped with a golden Orthodox cross, while several smaller domes exhibit a greenish-copper patina. The sky above is dark and cloudless. In the immediate foreground, a cobblestone surface is visible, bearing faded white pedestrian crossing markings. This surface appears to be a street or plaza directly in front of the cathedral. A series of approximately eight white rectangular planters, each containing a small green shrub, are arranged in a linear fashion between the foreground pavement and the cathedral's base. Streetlights are faintly visible on the far left. The perspective suggests the photograph was captured from within a vehicle, with reflections, including a partial view of a digital screen (possibly a phone or navigation device), visible in the upper right portion of the image. No individuals are present in the scene.
