The scene depicts the stone facade of a multi-story building located in an urban area of l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain. The building exhibits a neo-Gothic or fortified architectural style, constructed from rough-hewn stone blocks.

The upper section of the facade features two prominent round towers with crenellated tops, one on each side, from which small plants protrude. Each tower contains a narrow, arched window. The central upper facade includes a crenellated parapet and two pointed arch windows with dark frames, where some glass panels are visibly broken. Beneath these windows, a small, semi-circular stone balcony with crenellated detailing projects outwards. Above the upper windows, faint, eroded inscriptions or dates are present, including what appears to be "1935" and "1943", flanked by decorative shields.

The lower facade contains a central, recessed wooden door with a pointed arch frame. Above the door, a white sign reads "O.S.C.U.S." and the number "74". The door is heavily covered with graffiti, including a large, multi-layered piece in black and white featuring stylized letters "HBID" and "ROGS", accompanied by three white teardrop shapes. Flanking the central door are two large, pointed arch openings, both secured with a dark metal mesh or grate, and also bearing various graffiti tags.

To the immediate left of the central building is a modern, multi-story residential building with a light-colored facade and balconies. To its right stands another modern, multi-story residential building with a reddish-brown brick facade and dark-railed balconies.

The foreground features a sidewalk paved with rectangular grey pavers, bordered by a curb. Two black, cylindrical street bollards are positioned on the sidewalk, one to each side of the central door. The sky above is clear and blue, and the building's facade is illuminated by direct sunlight. No individuals are visible in the image.
