This nighttime photograph captures an urban street scene in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, characterized by very low light conditions and visible fog or mist. Their dark forms are mostly indistinguishable, but some headlights and taillights create streaks of light in the distance. The front of a car on the immediate right shows a visible license plate: "AB 5990 IC". The ground appears wet, possibly with slush or ice, reflecting some of the limited light. The scene is illuminated primarily by artificial lights. Several traffic lights are prominent: a green light is visible closer to the foreground on the right, and further down the street, a red traffic light is clearly displayed. Above and behind the red traffic light, a large red-lit sign or billboard creates a distinct pattern, resembling a distorted "X" or a grid of red lights. Streetlights, though not individually bright, contribute to the overall diffused glow in the misty atmosphere. The dark sky overhead suggests a late hour.
