This image presents a static, overhead view of a construction site located in Tel-Aviv, Israel, characterized by wet and muddy conditions. A large, yellow XCMG XGC85E crawler crane, displaying "הקודחים" (Hakodchim) in Hebrew and a warning sign in English and Chinese ("DANGER DO NOT STAND UNDER BOOM") on its boom, dominates the central foreground. The crane features visible tracks, a cab, and counterweights at its rear. The ground is unpaved, consisting of reddish-brown earth, significant puddles of water, and disturbed soil piles. Two roll-off containers are visible: one, dark blue and white, is positioned in the upper left, filled with earth. The second container, also blue and white, is located in the lower right, partially obscured by the crane's tracks; it appears largely empty with some accumulated water and is labeled with "מ. נ. פיני פתרונות" (M.N. Pini Solutions) and a phone number in Hebrew. Along the right side of the image, a corrugated metal construction fence separates the muddy site from an adjacent, wet asphalt surface, likely a road or paved area. Stacks of raw wooden planks are arranged near the crane and the lower container. No people are visible within the scene. The environment appears overcast, consistent with the wet ground.
