An outdoor mixed-media relief sculpture is affixed to a textured white stucco wall in San Joaquín, Venezuela. The vertically oriented artwork, appearing roughly shield-shaped with a rounded bottom, is constructed from painted metal elements and measures approximately 1.5 times taller than wide. The sculpture's upper section displays a gold-yellow background with stylized light blue industrial or city structures, a circular yellow sun disc, and a white multi-pointed star. Above these, two wavy gold-tan lines suggest mountains. A distinct dark blue horizontal band separates the upper and lower halves. The lower section comprises vertical light blue-green metal strips, forming a rounded base with a circular metallic element and a small reddish-brown square on the lower-left. Protruding from the top center is a gold-colored spherical object within an open cage-like structure, topped by a small cross. A green paddle-shaped object extends horizontally from the upper left, alongside an angled light blue cylindrical object. Multicolored metallic strips wrap around the upper body.
