The monumental brutalist-style building, constructed of light-colored concrete and dark reflective glass, features a prominent, large, circular, gear-like emblem on its central facade. Low-angle sunlight illuminates the right side of the structure, casting warm tones. In the foreground, a vast, light-gray paved pedestrian plaza (Bulgaria Square) extends towards the building. Approximately ten individuals are visible across the plaza and ascending the wide exterior staircase leading to the NDK entrance.
