The image displays a white informational text panel, likely found in a museum or historical site, with the title "LA CAPPELLA CERCHI: PRESTIGIO E DEVOZIONE" in Italian and "THE CERCHI CHAPEL: PRESTIGE AND DEVOTION" in English. The text describes the history and notable features of the Cerchi Chapel, located in Florence, Italy.

The chapel was commissioned by Enrico di Oliviero de' Cerchi, a member of the Franciscan Third Order, who allocated 2,000 florins in his 1285 will for its construction and decoration. It features three examples of the Cerchi family's coat-of-arms in the vault, on the chancel arch, and on a floor tombstone. Fragments of the original wall decoration, including painted wall hangings and plant volutes, are still visible.

Enrico's sister, Umiliana, also a Franciscan Third Order member, died in 1246 and was beatified in 1694. Her 14th-century Florentine Reliquary Bust is displayed in the church alongside her urn. A relief and marble inscription commemorate her beatification and miracles.

The rectangular chancel originally housed a glazed terracotta altarpiece by Andrea della Robbia, which is now on the opposite wall. In 2023, two frescoes depicting the Annunciation and the Visitation from the Life of the Virgin Mary were rediscovered. These frescoes, painted around 1640, were commissioned by the Company of Our Lord's Nativity, which began meeting in the chapel in the second half of the 16th century.
