The scene features a weathered, rusty, corrugated metal roof of a building dominating the upper right of the frame. A cluster of black electrical wires crisscrosses the sky above the roof. In the upper left quadrant, a strand of dried, yellow palm fronds, possibly part of a kite or decoration, dangles precariously amongst the wires. A small, leafless tree with thin branches stands to the left of the image, in front of a white-walled building. Below the building and in the foreground, a dark, rough-textured stone wall runs horizontally across the frame. Lush green foliage and small red and orange flowers grow along the base of the wall and in front of it, suggesting a garden or natural growth. Two small windows are visible on the white wall above the stone structure. The sky is partly cloudy with patches of blue visible.
