A large, vertically oriented carved stone relief depicts a stylized human face on a roughly textured, speckled gray stone slab. The carving features prominent, forward-gazing eyes with defined pupils, a long straight nose, and a small, defined mouth. Below the mouth, an elaborate, flame-like or leaf-patterned beard extends downwards, terminating in a rounded base with a small, uncarved stone element. Above the eyes, within a rectangular recess, are relief carvings of abstract or serpentine figures. The face is flanked by geometric, rectilinear patterns and recessed square elements carved into the surrounding stone. Artificial spotlights illuminate the carving from multiple angles, creating strong highlights on the nose, upper lip, and parts of the beard, while casting deep shadows that emphasize the sculpted depth. This artifact is located within the Museo de Sitio Manuel Chávez Ballón, near the city of Machupicchu (Aguas Calientes), Peru.
