At night, in an outdoor public space paved with rectangular bricks, three young men are visible. One of them manipulates a large slingshot-like contraption. He pulls back on the device and then releases it, launching something unidentifiable. The projectile leaves a white streak in the air as it flies offscreen. The device operator then reacts to the launch. The surrounding environment is dotted with tall poles with globe lights affixed to them. Beyond these poles, one can see a structure with a red canopy. Foliage is also visible. Litter, notably what appears to be a discarded candy wrapper, lies on the brick paving.
