An outdoor scene in Adankolo, Nigeria, depicts a section of wet, dark brown, muddy ground. In the lower-left, a fibrous, light brown plant stump with exposed roots is partially embedded in the mud. Several truncated plant stalks, light in color and approximately 5-10 cm in height, are visible embedded in the soil along a diagonal line from the lower-left to the center. The muddy surface is interspersed with scattered organic debris, including dried leaves and twigs, and inorganic litter, such as white and light-colored fragments, possibly paper or plastic. To the left and upper portions, a dense growth of green, leafy vegetation, likely weeds and grass, borders the muddy area. In the upper-right, a narrow, murky water channel or drainage ditch is present, containing some scattered debris, including red and white fragments, along its banks and within the water. No individuals are visible. The ground shows signs of disturbance, consistent with foot traffic or recent clearing.
