The camera pans from left to right, showing a line of people standing at attention, apparently on some sort of platform or ledge.  All the people in the video are wearing similarly-styled, tan or orange uniforms, with belts and shoulder straps of green. They wear black hats with green and yellow tassels. They also wear white gloves, and most are holding rifles, though one is holding a trumpet. The video shows the name patches on their upper left chests. The platform that they are standing on is green, with a yellow stripe between the people and the rest of the platform. In front of the platform, and behind the camera, there is an area of white gravel or stones. In the background, there are green trees and bushes, and behind them, beige-colored walls with a few window. The sky appears overcast. There is speech and some background music heard in the video. The video appears to be some type of military or paramilitary formation.
