A large mural covers the gable end of a multi-story building at Strada Lipscani 15, Craiova, Romania, under an overcast sky. The mural, signed "SET BLANCO," depicts a detailed early 20th-century urban street scene. In the mural's foreground, two women in elaborate period dresses walk toward the right; the woman on the left wears a white dress with a ruffled skirt and holds a folded parasol, while the woman on the right wears a white top, a light pink skirt, and carries a small handbag. Behind them, other figures are visible, including a man in a dark suit holding a camera, and various pedestrians. In the midground and background of the mural, a horse-drawn tram with passengers is depicted, pulled by two horses, against a backdrop of multi-story buildings with classical architectural elements, street lamps, and balconies. Several pigeons are painted on the lower portion of the mural, near the ground level. To the immediate left of the mural, an adjacent, lighter-colored building features multiple windows with dark frames and an external air conditioning unit.
